KPI Green secures LoAs worth Rs 6.96 billion from SJVN

KPI Green Energy Limited has received three letters of award (LOAs) worth Rs 6.96 billion from SJVN. The LoAs are for the development of a 200 MWac solar project at the GIPCL Renewable Energy Park in Khavda, Gujarat. 

Out of the three LoAs, the first contract is worth Rs 4.86 billion and covers the supply of all plant and equipment at the project site. The second contract, valued at Rs 1.78 billion, includes erection, testing, commissioning, and civil and structural works for the project. Furthermore, the third contract is worth Rs 0.31 billion and covers the operation and maintenance services for the project, which will begin three years after the commercial operation date. 

Earlier in September 2025, KPI Green Energy received a sanction of Rs 32 billion from the State Bank of India to partly fund the company’s solar and hybrid independent power producer projects with a total capacity exceeding 1 GWp.

Furthermore, in August 2025, KPI Green received a LoA from Aditya Birla Renewables Limited for a 64 MWac /96 MWp solar balance of system power plant at Mahua.
