Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter (Q2) of the financial year (FY) 2025-26, which ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 7.74 billion, which represents a 47.73 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth. Furthermore, its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation stood at Rs 1.57 billion, marking a 120.69 per cent YoY growth.
Furthermore, the company reported that its unexecuted order book stands at 3.48 GWp, scheduled for execution over the next 12 to 15 months. Its bidding pipeline stands at over 27 GWp.
Earlier in June 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited received a letter of award from Purvah Green Power for the engineering, procurement, and construction of a 300 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
Furthermore, in April 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited was listed on the National Stock Exchange of India.
