Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter (Q1) of the financial year (FY) 2025-26, ending June 30, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operations of Rs 9.15 billion in Q1 FY 2025-26, marking an approximate 272.28 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth from Rs 2.45 billion in Q1 FY 2024-25. Furthermore, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation stood at Rs 1.81 billion, recording an approximate 346.04 per cent YoY growth from Rs 0.40 billion in Q1 FY 2024-25.
Earlier in September 2025, Saatvik Green Energy secured letter of award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for the installation of 1,500 solar water pumping systems under the Component B Scheme (2025–2026).
Furthermore, in January 2025, Saatvik Green Energy was awarded two solar engineering, procurement, and construction contracts by Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, with a combined capacity of 23 MW.
