The scope of work for Dilip Buildcon consists of the solar project’s design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning. The scope also includes providing operation and maintenance services for 25 years.
Once commissioned, the project will supply power to MPJNM at a rate of Rs 2.09 per kWh for 25 years. In the JV, Dilip Buildcon holds a 74 per cent stake, while APMPL owns the remaining 26 per cent.
Earlier in August 2025, MPJNM issued a request for proposal for the development of a 100 MW ground-mounted solar project. The project will be developed under captive mode in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh.
