Emmvee Photovoltaic Power bags SEBI’s approval for IPO

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to move forward with its plan for an initial public offering (IPO). In July 2025, the company filed its preliminary papers with SEBI, outlining plans to raise  Rs 30 billion through the IPO. 

Furthermore, the IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth approximately Rs 21.43 billion. It also consists of an offer for sale of shares valued at approximately Rs 8.56 billion by the promoters.

Earlier in May 2024, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power signed an agreement with Hero Future Energies for supplying 600 MWp solar modules. 

Furthermore, in January 2024, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power announced the signing of a contract to provide KPI Green Energy Limited with 300 MWp of bifacial monoPERC solar panels for a 240 MW solar facility located in Gujarat.
