TVS Motor Company has inked a MoU with ALT Mobility. Under this agreement, up to 3,000 TVS electric three-wheelers, both passenger and cargo, will be leased and deployed during the financial year 2025-26.
Furthermore, TVS Motor Company will supply the vehicles, while ALT Mobility will handle procurement, leasing, and financing through its ecosystem. The models, variants, and specifications will be jointly determined to meet customer requirements.
Additionally, the vehicles will be distributed through TVS Motor’s authorised dealer network and ALT’s sales points across India. Moreover, vehicle deployment will follow ALT’s drive-to-own leasing model, catering to individual drivers as well as fleet operators.
