Avaada Group inaugurates 11 solar plants in Maharashtra

Avaada Group has rolled out 11 solar power projects in the Yavatmal district of Maharashtra. These projects fall under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0. The projects are a 4 MW plant at Kinhi, 3 MW plants each at Baldi and Dongarkharda, 2 MW plants each at Bansi and Patan, 5 MW at Mhasola, 2 MW at Galwa, 4 MW plants each at Pathrad and Parjana, and 3 MW plants each at Sawargaon and Sarfali.

Earlier in April 2025, Avaada Group signed a MoU with the Water Resources Department of the government of Maharashtra to develop two major pumped storage hydro projects with a total capacity of 3,650 MW.

Furthermore, in March 2025, Avaada Group, through its subsidiary, Avaada Energy, commissioned 5,200 MW of renewable energy capacity across nine states.
