Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) has secured a letter of award (LoA) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 870 MWac/1218 MWp grid-connected ground-mounted solar project. The LoA was secured from the group company Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited.
Furthermore, the scope of work includes the construction of a 33kV/400kV substation and the associated transmission line works. It also includes providing two years of operations and maintenance services. The project is valued at approximately Rs 12.52 billion (excluding taxes) and is scheduled for completion in the financial year 2026–27.
Earlier in June 2025, WRTL received a LoA from Purvah Green Power for the EPC of a 300 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
