Saatvik Green Energy Limited has secured a letter of award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The LoA is for the installation of 1,500 solar water pumping systems under the Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump Yojana (MTSKPY)/ (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan) Component B Scheme (2025–2026). The project will involve installations that will be done across multiple districts in Maharashtra. It will cover capacities of 3HP, 5HP, and 7.5HP DC solar submersible pump sets.
The scope of work entails the design, manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of off-grid DC solar PV water pumping systems directly at farmers’ locations. Furthermore, a system warranty of 5 years, repair and maintenance, and a remote monitoring system are also a part of the contract.
Earlier in January 2025, Saatvik Green secured two solar engineering, procurement, and construction contracts by Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, with a combined capacity of 23 MW.
