Rotomag Enertec Limited has acquired a 50.99 per cent stake in Statcon Energiaa Private Limited. With this acquisition, the two companies plan to develop and deploy megawatt-scale battery energy storage systems and increase production of indigenous solar inverters.
Furthermore, the companies also aim to carry out research and development of advanced energy solutions using lithium-ion batteries and expand into markets of Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Earlier in July 2025, Rotomag Enertec approved a strategic investment in Su-vastika Systems Private Limited in exchange for equity shares, which is directed towards expanding Su-vastika’s focus on lithium energy storage systems and AI-enabled power management technologies.
