Alpex Solar Limited will set up a solar module manufacturing facility in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The manufacturing facility will have a capacity of 1.2 GW, thereby taking the company’s total manufacturing capacity to 3.6 GW.
Furthermore, the cost of the plant is expected to be Rs 1.10 billion, and it will commence operations in fiscal year 2026–27. It will be financed through internal accruals and credit facilities.
Earlier in March 2025, Alpex Solar secured an order worth Rs 2.1 billion from the Solar Energy Corporation of India for the supply of advanced solar photovoltaic modules.
