NCRTC invites bids for 110 MW solar projects in Uttar Pradesh

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC), a joint venture company of the Government of India and the states of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, has invited bids for setting up 110 MW ground-mounted solar projects. The projects will be set up under the captive mode in the state of  Uttar Pradesh. 

According to the tender guidelines, the bidders must furnish a security amount of Rs 66 million. The selected bidders need to work on end-to-end project execution. This includes conceptualising complete projects from design to commissioning. It also involves identifying feasible land for the projects, securing it on lease or ownership, and developing it.

Furthermore, the selected bidders also need to install the transmission network up to the interconnection or delivery point to provide power to NCRTC. The project needs to be executed through a special-purpose vehicle.  The last date for bid submission is September 25, 2025.
