Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) has partnered with Envision to develop the H2 Cumbuco green ammonia project located at the Port of Pecém, Brazil. Envision has been selected for its expertise in integrated renewable energy systems, coordinated through AI-based technology.
The H2 Cumbuco project aims to establish a large-scale facility for the production of renewable hydrogen and ammonia, which will consist of an electrolysis plant of up to 500 MW capacity and an integrated ammonia plant. It is expected to be operational by 2030, and will target key markets in Brazil, Europe and Asia.
