Vikram Solar Limited recently launched its new HYPERSOL G12R 132HC solar module series. The module series features n-type technology and delivers a maximum power output of 630 Wp, with a module efficiency of up to 23.32 per cent. The solar modules comprise 132 half-cut rectangular cells of the dimensions 182 mm × 210 mm. It offers up to 80 per cent bifaciality and a temperature coefficient of -0.30 per cent per °C. The module’s dimensions are 2,382 mm × 1,134 mm, and it has a 16-busbar design that reportedly optimises container usage by up to 98.5 per cent, thereby reducing logistics costs.
Manufactured using recyclable materials, the modules are designed to lower the levelised cost of energy. The series meets global certification standards such as IEC, UL and BIS. It will be available across India, the US, Europe and Australia.
