IndiGrid has announced its results for the financial year (FY) of FY 2024-25, ending March 31, 2025. In the fourth-quarter (Q4) of FY 2024-25, the company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 8.743 billion, marking an 11.3 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase. The consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 11.2 per cent YoY to Rs 7.29 billion. The operational revenue grew 1.6 per cent YoY and operational EBITDA increased 9.9 per cent YoY. The net distributable cash flow (NDCF) for Q4 FY 2024-25 stood at Rs 4.343 billion.
For the full FY 2024-25, consolidated revenue rose 14.8 per cent YoY to Rs 32.876 billion, and EBITDA increased 18.7 per cent YoY to Rs 29.209 billion. The operational revenue and EBITDA grew by 12.1 per cent and 18.4 per cent, respectively. NDCF for FY 2024-25 grew 12.6 per cent YoY to Rs 14 billion.
As of March 31, 2025, IndiGrid’s assets under management (AUM) stood at Rs 296 billion, with a net debt-to-AUM ratio of 59.1 per cent. Additionally, the board of investment manager approved a distribution per unit (DPU) of Rs 4.10 for Q4 FY 2024-25, approximately 9.3 per cent higher than the earlier guidance. The DPU will be paid as Rs 2.6287 per unit as interest, Rs 0.1419 as dividend, Rs 1.2711 as capital repayment, and Rs 0.0583 as other income, in accordance with Section 115UA of the Income Tax Act. The company declared a DPU guidance of Rs 16.00 for FY 2025-26, reflecting a 6.7 per cent increase over the FY 2024-25 guidance.
