Gautam Solar has launched a rectangular N-Type TOPCon bifacial solar panel offering power outputs ranging from 620 Wp to 640 Wp. The solar panel delivers module efficiencies between 22.95 per cent and 23.69 per cent. Its bifacial architecture enables improved performance by capturing irradiance from both surfaces, thus increasing total energy generation. The product has been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards as a next-generation module.
Additionally, the panel features a unique rectangular cell design that enhances cell packing density and light absorption from both the front and rear sides, thereby increasing energy yield and supporting higher energy density. This configuration improves the active area and reduces internal losses, contributing to higher bifacial gain. It is particularly suited for large-scale, ground-mounted installations in high-albedo regions.
Key characteristics include lower degradation rates, a favourable temperature co efficient and a reportedly higher output under low-light conditions.
