Palladium and Arava sell solar plus storage portfolio to Exus

Palladium Energy (Palladium), through its joint venture with Arava Power Company (Arava), has sold the solar plus storage portfolio to Exus Renewables North America (Exus). The portfolio has 364 MW of solar and 280 MWh of storage capacity. The portfolio includes three mid-stage projects situated in PJM and MISO.

The projects were originated by Palladium and Arava. Additionally, the two companies executed site acquisition, performed diligence, early-stage development, and advanced the projects in their respective interconnection queues. The development, construction, and asset management of the portfolio will be carried out by Exus.

Palladium is an energy infrastructure development and project finance company. It is developing a solar and storage portfolio of 4 GW across PJM, SERC, MISO, ERCOT, and WECC. Arava is an Israel-based utility-scale renewables Developer-IPP. It holds a multi-GW development portfolio in Israel and US across utility-scale PV and battery energy storage systems, agrivoltaics, and distributed energy systems.
