These are in Rwanda, which has a capacity of 206 MW, and Malawi, which has a capacity of 360 MW.
Additionally, it has also inked an agreement with RES to acquire wind and solar projects currently under development in Alberta. These projects have a total capacity of over 800 MW. It has also closed the acquisition of Big Sky Solar, a 184 MW solar facility in Alberta that was commissioned at the end of February 2025.
