AMPIN Energy Transition has secured an equity investment of $50 million from Siemens Financial Services, the financing arm of Siemens AG. This funding will support AMPIN’s expansion in the commercial & industrial and utility-scale renewable energy sectors, along with its broader energy transition value chain initiatives.
Moreover, Siemens’ investment provides AMPIN with not only financial resources but also strategic benefits due to Siemens’ expertise in energy technology. This partnership is also expected to facilitate access to advanced technologies and global best practices.
The deal marks AMPIN’s third major investment in the financial year 2024-25, bringing its total equity capital raised in 2025 to $270 million and its overall equity capital to nearly $700 million. With this capital base, AMPIN is positioned to deploy over $4 billion in renewable energy projects. Additionally, the company also plans to scale its renewable energy portfolio.
