European Energy divests 470 MW wind and solar portfolio to Energix

European Energy has inked an agreement to sell wind and solar projects to Energix. These projects have a total capacity of 470 MW and are situated in Lithuania. Out of the total 470 MW, the wind farm has a capacity of approximately 140 MW, and the photovoltaic facility has a capacity of up to 330 MW. The projects are currently in the pre-ready-to-build stage. 

Furthermore, European Energy will be developing these projects until they are ready for the next investment and construction phase. It expects the projects to reach the ready-to-build stage within the next few months. Additionally, this transaction is expected to be completed later in 2025.

European Energy is a Europe-based company that constructs wind and solar farms as well as large-scale energy storage projects. They are building solutions for climate change. Energix is an Israel-based renewable energy company that operates over 1.3 GW of renewable energy projects. They have over 7.5 GW of projects in the development stage.
