Gensol Engineering Limited has announced its third-quarter results for financial year 2024-25 (Q3 FY 2024-25), ending on December 31, 2024. For Q3 FY 2024-25, the total revenue stood at Rs 3.45 billion, reflecting a 30 per cent increase from Rs 2.66 billion in Q3 FY 2023-24. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter rose by 19 per cent year-on-year to Rs 630 million. However, EBITDA margin declined to 18.3 per cent from 20.1 per cent in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter reached Rs 180 million, a 6 per cent increase from Rs 170 million in Q3 FY 2023-24.
The company recorded a 42 per cent year-on-year increase in total revenue in the first nine months of the financial year 2024-25, reaching Rs 10.56 billion from Rs 7.43 billion in the first nine months of the financial year 2023-24. EBITDA grew by 89 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.46 billion. PAT for the first nine months of the financial year 2024-25 stood at Rs 670 million, marking a 34 per cent increase compared to Rs 500 million in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
