Suzlon Group has reported its third-quarter results for the financial year 2024-25 (Q3 FY 2024-25), ending on December 31, 2024. The company has demonstrated continued profit growth, with net profit after tax increasing by 91 per cent year-on-year to Rs 3.88 billion.
During the quarter, Suzlon recorded its highest-ever quarterly deliveries, reaching 447 MW, bringing its total deliveries for the nine-month period to 977 MW. Revenue grew by 42 per cent compared to the previous quarter and by 94 per cent compared to the same period in the previous financial year, reaching $2.97 billion. Additionally, EBITDA stood at $500 million, reflecting a 102 per cent increase year-on-year, while EBITDA margin improved to 16.8 per cent. The company’s net profit margin rose to 13.1 per cent, underscoring improved profitability driven by higher volume and margin expansion.
Suzlon’s order book has reached a record 5,500 MW, with the commercial & industrial (C&I) and public sector undertaking (PSU) segments now constituting approximately 80 per cent of total orders. The company has also expanded its manufacturing capacity to 4,500 MW, bolstered by the revamping of its Puducherry and Daman nacelle manufacturing facilities.
