Greenzo Energy has launched “Un Wheel,” its 1 MW alkaline electrolyser stack. It is a fully indigenous green hydrogen production technology and has been designed with Indian environmental conditions in mind. The Un Wheel can function in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 60 °C and has a lifetime period of 20 years. Hydrogen is delivered at a 30 bar pressure, which eliminates the need for additional compressors. The stack incorporates advanced monitoring and control features including pure water quality, optimised pressure levels and stable purification pressure to maintain high hydrogen purity. All of this is done to enhance performance, safety and longevity, and ensure efficient and safe hydrogen production. Furthermore, the stack monitors lye temperature to ensure efficient electrolytic reactions, and controls circulation and dew point to maintain hydrogen purity and process stability. The Un Wheel has ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 certifications.
