CEE Group has acquired the 102 MWp Klüden solar PV project in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, from Sunovis. The project began construction in September 2024 and is set to commence operations in April 2025. It features a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) securing fixed prices for 80 per cent of its output.
The acquisition supports CEE Renewable Fund 7 and Fund 8, expanding their renewable energy portfolios in Europe. Legal and technical advisory for the transaction were provided by Taylor Wessing and Evergy Engineering, respectively, with financing from DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing and Nord/LB.
In July 2023, CEE Group and Goldbeck Solar completed the 154.7 MW Döllen solar park in Brandenburg’s Prignitz region, producing 160,000 MWh annually. with funding from DAL, a PPA from Engie and grid distribution managed by E DIS Netz.
