REPLUS Engitech has inked a MoU with Green Power Monitor (GPM) to promote advanced AI-enabled Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Power Plant Controllers (PPC) in India and other key markets. The collaboration focuses on improving grid security, stability, and the integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other renewable energy solutions.
GPM’s PPC is a digital control system designed to manage active power, reactive power, frequency and voltage, power factor, ramp control, and SVG or STATCOM controls in solar, wind, BESS, and diesel-hybrid plants. It can function as a master controller for isolated power systems or connect power plants to the grid’s system operator while adhering to the country-specific Grid Code.
The partnership aims to enhance REPLUS Engitech’s technical capabilities as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) provider and System Integrator (SI) for hybrid energy systems, BESS, and grid applications, facilitating the implementation of renewable energy solutions.
