SolaX Power has planned on investing a significant sum of $1.5 billion to establish a research and manufacturing facility in Zhejiang Province, China. The project will prioritise the development of utility-scale energy storage systems and integrated smart energy solutions.
Out of the total investment, $1.08 billion will be allocated towards fixed assets, including the creation of advanced R&D labs, testing centres, and cutting-edge production lines. This new facility not only boosts SolaX’s production capabilities but also emphasises its drive to push the boundaries of energy storage technology.
By June 2024, SolaX had secured 243 patents, including 49 invention patents, with five granted overseas. Its products have earned over 1,100 domestic and international certifications and are sold in more than 80 countries, including key markets like Germany, the United States, and Japan.
