LONGi has introduced 630 W hybrid passivated back contact (HPBC) solar modules, with a power output range of 620-630 W. This is under the company’s new Hi-MO X6 scientist series which comes in three models. Power conversion efficiencies of the modules range from 23 per cent to 23.3 per cent. The open-circuit voltage varies between 52.72 V and 53.02 V, while the short-circuit current is between 14.93 A and 15.07 A. The temperature coefficient of modules is -0.28 per cent/ °C and the maximum system voltage is 1,500 V. The dimensions are approximately 2,382 mm x 1,134 mm x 30 mm and the weight is 28.5 kg. Additionally, the modules include IP68 junction boxes, an anodised aluminium alloy frame and 3.2 mm coated tempered glass. The products have a 25-year linear power output warranty, ensuring that the power output after 25 years will be at least 89.4 per cent of the nominal output power.
