Premier Energies Limited has signed a 350 MW solar module supply agreement. Premier Energies Limited, along with its subsidiaries Premier Energies International and Premier Energies Photovoltaic, signed the agreement with Apraava Energy. As part of the agreement, Premier Energies International will supply solar PV modules for Apraava Energy’s solar project in Rajasthan. These modules will be manufactured to guarantee performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.
As of March 31, 2024, Premier Energies Limited and its subsidiaries have an annual installed capacity of 2 GW for solar cells and 3.36 GW for modules, with an additional 1 GW capacity for both cells and modules currently under construction.
In April 2024, Premier Energies submitted its draft red herring prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Board of India, aiming to raise more than Rs 15 billion through an initial public offering.
