Repsol has finalised to supply renewable electricity to Microsoft through six long-term virtual power purchase agreements (VPPAs). The new 12-year supply agreements pertain to three wind farms and three solar plants in Spain, totaling an installed capacity of 230 MW.
Furthermore, these projects are expected to be operational by December 2025. These agreements build on existing power purchase agreements from a partnership initiated in 2021, increasing the overall installed capacity to 320 MW.
