HomeScape by Amplus Solar and the State Bank of India (SBI) have collaborated to offer easy financing options for residential solar installations. Through this partnership, HomeScape consumers can obtain maximum loans of Rs 200,000 for installations up to 3 kW and Rs 600,000 for deployments of maximum 10 kW.
HomeScape by Amplus Solar is an empanelled installation vendor for the PM Surya Ghar Yojana under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy. After registering on the PM Surya Ghar portal, HomeScape Solar consumers can apply for SBI loans via the Jan Samarth portal. The financing plan offers an interest rate of 7 per cent and 10.15 per cent for solar rooftop installations up to 3 kW and installations between 3 kW and 10 kW, respectively.
Customers availing home loan can also take advantage of a lower interest rate of 9.15 per cent, with a maximum term of 120 months, which ensures simple and flexible repayment options. This programme encourages broad access to renewable energy solutions and is open to all Indian citizens up to the age of 65.
