Citizen Solar has launched the enlight series of n-type TOPCon bifacial modules, with power ratings of 570-590 Wp and efficiencies ranging from 20.07 per cent to 22.84 per cent. The modules consist of 144 half-cut solar cells with 16 busbars. The temperature coefficient of Pmax is -0.29 per cent per degree Celsius. With a maximum system voltage of 1,500 V, the open-circuit voltage ranges from 52.1 V to 52.9 V, while the short-circuit current varies between 13.83 A and 14.07 A. The panels have dimensions of approximately 2,278 × 1,134 × 35 mm and weigh 28 kg. They include an IP68-rated split junction box with three bypass diodes. The operating temperature range is between -40 °Celsius and 85 °Celsius.
