Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has formed four subsidiary companies in a hierarchical structure, namely Adani Renewable Energy Sixty, Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Two, Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Three, and Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four.
Each of these entities possesses an authorised and paid-up share capital of Rs 100,000. The primary purpose of these newly established entities is to participate in the generation, development, transformation, distribution, transmission, sale, and power supply using diverse renewable sources, such as wind and solar.
Recently, in December 2023, AGEL revealed additional funding of $1.36 billion to enhance its construction financing framework to $3 billion. This financial boost has been supported by a group of international banks. The green loan facility is set to play a crucial role in facilitating the progress of AGEL’s upcoming achievement, which is the renewable energy park in Khavda, Gujarat.
In October 2023, Adani Solar Energy Jaisalmer Two Private Limited announced the commissioning of its 150 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
