Waaree Technologies Limited (WTL) and 3DBattery have signed an MoU for the development and manufacturing of energy storage solutions. These solutions will be built upon 3DBattery’s existing lithium-ion technology and their upcoming sodium-ion technology. Prior to finalising a definitive agreement, both parties will assess and explore the potential of this collaboration.

In October 2023, Waaree Energies Limited secured a contract from ENGIE India for the supply of 200 MW of solar modules for a solar power project in Sayla village within the Surendra Nagar district of Gujarat.
In July 2023, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited announced that it has commissioned an EPC solar power project of 87.5 MW out of 150 MW for Masaya Solar Energy Private Limited in the Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh.
