To organise the fourth annual hydrogen transition summit during COP28, Avaada Group has collaborated with The Climate Group. On the sidelines of COP28, this event is scheduled to take place at the Innovation Zone in Dubai on December 7, 2023. The upcoming summit will focus on addressing challenges within the hydrogen economy, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies to expedite the rapid growth of this crucial sector.
Avaada’s engagement at COP28 will be centered on promoting innovative initiatives that push the limits toward achieving self-sufficiency in fuels and energy, ushering in a new era of innovation and sustainable development. The group strives to promote discussions on a future centered around sustainable energy, with India assuming a crucial role. The vision is for India to emerge as a worldwide hub for green hydrogen and to lead in offering sustainable energy solutions globally.
Recently, in November 2023, Avaada Energy won 1,400 MW DC solar project from NHPC Limited at a tariff of Rs 2.53 per kWh. In October 2023, Avaada Group and Gopalpur Port Limited signed a MoU for setting up a green ammonia storage facility at the Gopalpur port.
