Adani Solar Energy Jaisalmer Two Private Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has announced the commissioning of its 150 MW solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The company will either sell the energy to third parties or on power exchanges.
Following the successful commissioning of this project, AGEL’s operational renewable energy generation capacity now stands at 8,404 MW. This aligns AGEL’s overall renewable energy portfolio with its ambitious goal of achieving a capacity of 45 GW by 2030.
In September 2023, Adani Global Pte Limited and Kowa Holdings Asia Pte Limited, a Japan-based trading house, established a joint venture in Singapore, to investigate prospects in green hydrogen and green ammonia space.
In August 2023, Mundra Solar Energy, a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, announced the commissioning of its 2 GW solar cells and modules manufacturing facility in Mundra, Gujarat.
