LUXRA Group has signed a MoU with Rayzon Solar to form a joint venture for manufacturing of solar modules in India. The joint venture’s main emphasis will be on enhancing the quality of PV modules, conducting thorough research and development, promoting skills and knowledge exchange for PV module production in India.
Additionally, the partnership will integrate Luxra’s technological advancements with Rayzon’s operational expertise with regard to PV panel manufacturing. Through this joint venture, Luxra will grant access to markets in India, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Furthermore, this partnership will facilitate the expansion of Rayzon’s footprint in the solar market.
Luxra Group recently began producing PV modules close to the Solapur region in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
