Oil India issues consultancy tender for 100 MW of solar and wind projects

Oil India Limited (OIL), a Government of India enterprise, has requested expressions of interest to appoint consultants for pre-feasibility reports (PFR), detailed project reports (DPR), and project management consultancy (PMC) services for the development of 100 MW ground-mounted solar or floating solar power projects, as well as wind power projects. The bid submission deadline is June 27, 2023. Furthermore, the empanelment will be valid for two years.

As a PMC, the selected consultant serves as an extension of OIL, providing advice and guidance on any significant project issues. The PMC will also be responsible for ensuring that the project concludes on schedule and on cost while delivering high-quality deliverables. Within the last seven years, the consultants should have successfully finished projects with a combined capacity of at least 100 MW.

Furthermore, the referenced projects or jobs considered for qualification must include PFR and DPR preparation, design, review, engineering, procurement, project management, construction management (including fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up, testing, pre-commissioning, start-up and commissioning), and PGTR (performance guarantee & test run). The bidders must have had an annual financial turnover of at least Rs 30 million during the previous three accounting years.
