Ircon Renewable Power Limited (IRPL) is seeking proposals for 530 Wp+ mono PERC bifacial modules for a 600 MWp solar PV plant in Pavagada, Karnataka. According to the notification, domestic content requirements must be met by the modules and the project will take 14 months to complete.
Additionally, the scope of work under the project comprises manufacturing, delivery, packing and forwarding, and transportation of mono PERC bifacial solar PV modules to the project site in Karnataka.
In August 2022, IRPL issued a request for proposals for an engineering, procurement, and construction package. The project will be developed in accordance with the domestic content requirement. The scope of work includes 500 MW of grid connected solar power project design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, all related to civil work installation and commissioning.
