Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) is looking for a consultant to help them establish a 1.5 GW floating solar facility in Gujarat’s Tapi area. The scope of work for the prospective consultant involves conducting a feasibility study and generating a detailed project report.
To be qualified, the bidder must have performed a feasibility study/prepared a DPR for a total of 100 MW of floating solar projects in India over the last seven years. Its total revenue over the last three years should be at least INR 6.75 crore. The bid submission deadline is June 1,2023.
In January 2023, the Rajkot Municipal Corporation called bids from consultants for the survey, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 4 MW ground-mounted off-grid solar power project. It also includes operations and maintenance upto period of 25 years. The deadline for bid submissions is January 25, 2023. The project is estimated to cost Rs 6 million.
