Growatt has unveiled its new inverters, SPF 6000 ES Plus, for residential off-grid solar power systems. The inverter includes dual maximum power point trackers for houses with multiple rooftop areas, supporting panel installation at different orientations and higher energy generation. The inverter’s string input current reaches up to 16A, making it compatible with 500 W+ large power PV modules. The 6 kW inverters have surge power of 12,000 VA and a 93 per cent efficiency rating. They feature 8 kW of PV input power and input voltage up to 500 V as well. The inverters are housed in IP20 enclosures. The inverters weigh 15.5 kg and measure 460 mm x 395 mm x 132 mm. Furthermore, they have an integrated automatic transfer switch and two AC terminals for power input, and their operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 to 50 degree Celsius.
