Gautam Solar has unveiled its G2X series solar modules. These are high efficiency 450 Wp solar modules with bigger M10 cells. They are light weight and smaller in size, making them less complicated to manage, specifically for rooftop solar installations. Another benefit of these modules is that they save on module mounting structure costs. They only require two purlins to install compared to the standard four purlins for the higher wattage M10 modules.
The modules’ dimensions are 1,923 mm x 1,134 mm x 35 mm and they provide 206.4 W per m2 of power per unit area. Round ribbons and multi-busbar modern technology are utilised in the modules to boost light usage and lower inner resistance losses. Monofacial and bifacial variations of the modules will be available. These are 120 half-cut PERC monocrystalline modules with monofacial and bifacial cells depending on the variant.
