Jakson Green and Rajasthan government collaborate for green hydrogen and green ammonia projects

Jakson Green has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan to invest approximately Rs 224 billion in the state. The MoU intends to establish a 365,000 tons per annum green hydrogen and green ammonia project. The Rajasthan government will be assisting the company for obtaining necessary registrations, approvals, and clearances.

Jakson Green will be building the project in stages along with an integrated hybrid- renewable energy complex. The project is expected to create over 32,000 direct and indirect job opportunities over the course of the scale-up. The project is scheduled to take place between 2023 and 2028.

Recently in October 2022, Jakson Green signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with South Africa based Power Africa Solutions Limited. This MoU intends to form a joint venture named Jakson Green Africa. This step has been taken in line with the BRICS mission of promoting development and cooperation among member countries. Jakson Group with its expertise in providing green energy solutions will be helping to support South Africa’s energy needs.
