NTPC Limited has issued a request for proposals for the supply, installation, and commissioning of solar cold storage units in Senegal, Djibouti, Sudan, and Seychelles. Only bidders from International Solar Alliance (ISA) member countries are eligible to participate. The bid submission deadline is July 25, 2022. As part of this tender 5 MT solar-based cold storage systems are to be set up in Senegal, 2X2 MT in Djibouti, 5 MT in Sudan and 5 MT in Seychelles.
The bidder should have previously worked on solar cold storage units with a cumulative capacity of 25 MT. The selected bidder must provide performance security for 10 percent of the contract price within 28 days of receiving the letter of award. Bidders must be registered under the laws of their respective countries of domicile in one of ISA’s member nations. Bidder’s average yearly turnover shall not be less than Rs 7.9 million for the previous three fiscal years.
