Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL) has floated a tender to acquire 3,500 solar modules with an output of 330 W built from 72 monocrystalline or multicrystalline solar cells. The bid submission deadline is July 16, 2022.
Earlier in the same month, REIL invited bids for the survey, planning, supply, installation, and commissioning of 409 electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The tender will cater to nine cities, three national highways and one expressway. As per the tender, the EV chargers to be installed are required to have an onsite warranty for three years.
In May 2022, REIL had issued a request for proposals for 180,000 monocrystalline or multicrystalline solar cells with a capacity of 5.64 W. The estimated value of the bid was Rs 9 million. Earlier in February 2022, REIL had issued a request for proposals for the delivery of 200,000 monocrystalline or multicrystalline solar cells with a wattage output higher than or equal to 4.62W.
