Amplus Solar’s electric mobility vertical has signed a MoU with Tata Motors Limited to acquire Ace EV, boosting its fleet of clean mobility solutions. As part of its clean mobility solutions, Amplus Solar provides electric vehicle fleets for cargo delivery to the nation’s top e-commerce, on-demand logistics, and other companies on various subscription models.
In April 2022, Amplus Solar announced the acquisition of 17 on-site operational solar projects from Sterling and Wilson Private Limited. The cumulative capacity of these projects is 7.2 MWp and they are spread over Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Telangana, and Karnataka. These projects have been supplying solar power to 13 industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
