Statiq, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging network, has entered into a partnership with multi-modal free-floating micro-mobility platform Hala Mobility. Hala Mobility will team up with Statiq to improve the mobility network for EV users in a collaborative fashion. Reportedly, since Hala Mobility has access to consumer data on where new charging stations are required, this collaboration will result in the native insight sharing of consumers’ demands and needs, allowing Statiq to develop plans that will eventually lead to newer charging stations in strategic locations.
In March 2022, Statiq partnered with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited to boost the number of public Statiq chargers in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Uttarakhand to over 200. As per the company’s statement, 10,000 of these chargers will be installed by the end of the year. All of these units will be made up of different combinations of 3.3 or 7.7 kW Statiq chargers.
