Ventient Energy has completed the acquisition of a clean energy portfolio totalling 443 MW in Spain. In April 2022, regulatory officials
authorised the merger, which was first announced in December 2021. The portfolio includes 203 MW of onshore wind and 240 MW
of solar capacity, and it is located in the Spanish province of Castilla and Leon. With the expansion of the hybridised solar portfolio
included in the transaction, Ventient’s installed capacity will increase to 2.8 GW.
