Soluna has launched a portable power generator, called Volans, for both outdoor and in door use. The portable inverter weighs 30 kg and measures 380 mm x 215 mm x 210 mm. It has a 1.28 kWh storage capacity. It can reach 2.5 kWh once combined in a two-unit series. The system has an integrated 120 V(AC) output, a continuous AC output power of 1,200 W, and a peak output power of up to 2,400 W. It can reportedly be fully recharged in an hour. The LifePO4 battery is said to have a 6,000 cycle and 10-year lifespan. It is built with textured sheet metal parts that help ensure rapid heat dissipation. It has 1.02 kWh of usable storage capacity and a battery capacity of 50Ah. The system can be used with LED lighting with a maximum power of 3 kW. It has an operating temperature range of -10 °C to 40°C and uses forced airflow as a cooling method. A one-year warranty is included with the new product.
