Evenergi, a Sydney-based software and consultancy firm will be entering the Indian market by acquiring an 80 per cent equity in Snel Charge India, which is a part of the Chemi Tech Group. The services provided by the company help implement and optimise zero-emission transport fleets and networks across segments.
A software platform called “BetterFleet” and major consultancy services in zero-emission transportation will be brought to the Indian market through the new venture. According to the reports, the organisation will also bring a variety of finance partners to design, build, own, and manage charging infrastructure. Evenergi has also been collaborating with OEMs, and was recently granted a project with BYD in which their analysis platform will be used to track arrivals in various markets. Municipalities, state transportation agencies, automobile manufacturers, city transportation corporations, public sector units, and distribution businesses will be among the company’s target clientele.
