BayWa r.e. has recently acquired Enerpole, which is a renewable energy project developer founded in 2005. BayWa r.e. has bought a 600 MW project portfolio from the developer comprising 300 MW of solar and 300 MW of wind assets. Further, eight employees of Enerpole will join the BayWa r.e. team.
